March 30: Good Friday
7 pm in the Sanctuary
Good Friday is one of the most important days in the Christian year. It is the day we mourn Christ’s death and lament our own sinfulness. It is also a day to celebrate Christ’s victory over death on the cross and to celebrate and remember God’s great love for us. On this night we will celebrate that even in the darkest nights, our hope lives on in the light of Christ: a light the darkness cannot overcome. We will lament and mourn the pain and anguish of the cross, but we will also celebrate why we call it “Good” Friday. The sanctuary will grow lighter and lighter as we hear the story of Christ’s Passion and what it means for us. At the end of the service, you will hold your own light as we celebrate the light of God’s love that the darkness cannot overcome.
March 31: Easter Vigil**

In this fresh retelling of the book of Exodus, you'll play the role of the Israelites as you meet Moses and Aaron, follow the Ark of the Covenant and finally cross the Jordan. Elements of fire and the Seder meal, celebration of the Lord's Supper and renewal of baptism are included in this first service of Easter. It's a service that keeps you on the move, from outdoors to the Fellowship Hall, Narthex and Sanctuary. Don't miss it!
8:30-11 am breakfast in Fellowship Hall. On the menu: pancakes and sausage, egg casserole, fruit, juice and coffee. Donation benefits missions.
Child care available at all worship services.
