Surviving the Holocaust
Presented by Kurt Moses

"It was around midnight on November 11, 1942 when we were taken from our home in Sittard, Holland and to the railroad station. This happened when I was 17 years old, but I shall never forget. My parents, my sister and I, each carrying only a backpack and a piece of luggage, left our home and everything that was once dear to us, not knowing what our future would hold."

Join the Derry Seniors' for this powerful story of survival against all odds.

Kurt Moses is author of "Home at Last: Auschwitz Survivor" and a public speaker to school and civic groups across Central Pennsylvania. Now retired, he lives in Harrisburg with his wife Doris.
