Sunday Morning Worship Opportunities:

Care & Service Opportunities:
Read scripture at 8 am Provide food for receptions/special events
Read scripture at 10:30 am Prepare food for homebound
Usher at 8 am Provide group meals for special events
Care ‘N Share (visiting homebound & nursing homes)
Sing in a choir Deliver sanctuary flowers
Ring bells or chimes Participate on the telephone prayer chain
Play an instrument: Participate on the email prayer chain
Be a volunteer choir director Serve as a Shepherd Group leader
Operate the sound system Deliver donated food to the Food Bank
Prepare the sanctuary for worship (tidy up pews)
Help with Habitat for Humanity projects in Harrisburg
  Serve as Sunday morning telephone receptionist
Christian Education Opportunities: Provide transportation to church services and events
Help in the nursery Drive the church van, when needed
Teach PRESCHOOL Sunday School Assist with the Animal Companion Care ministry
Teach ELEMENTARY (Sunday Funday) Sunday School  
Teach using ART Hospitality Opportunities:
A0 Teach using DRAMA Serve as a greeter on Sundays before 8 am worship
a0 Teach using BIBLE STUDY Serve as a greeter on Sundays before 10:30 am worship
a0 Teach using GAMES Bake small loaves of bread (recipe provided)
a0 Teach using COMPUTERS Deliver bread to first-time visitors (bread provided)
Teach using COOKING Assist with the New Member Breakfast
a0 Be a Sunday Funday Leader (homeroom teacher)  
Teach YOUTH Sunday School (grades 6-12) Church Office Opportunites:
Teach ADULT Sunday School Enter attendance data in the computer
Lead a small group Bible study Fold & collate the Derry Press newsletter (monthly)
Assist with Pilgrim Fellowship (3rd-5th graders) Fold & collate the Sunday bulletin (weekly)
Assist with the church library Assemble Friendship Registries (monthly)
Help with special youth events  
Serve as a Jr-High Youth Advisor (6th-8th graders) Building & Grounds Opportunities:
Serve as a Sr-High Youth Advisor (9th-12th graders) Carpentry
Serve as a sponsor for a college student Painting
